How to interpret Lithuania business data

Choose the geographic level that matches the territory

For sales territory work in Lithuania, start with the county, then use municipality or ward and the available city, town, township, village, street and postcode values. Keep only geographic fields actually present in the selected records.

Official Lithuania geography information

The CSV is separate from the official business register

The download structures public contact, category, web and location details found for Lithuania business profiles. It does not supply legal entity code, EVRK code, legal form, register status, owners, employees, turnover, named decision-makers or consent records.

Using business contacts in Lithuania

Lithuanian electronic-communications and data-protection rules require a valid basis for direct marketing; the State Data Protection Inspectorate has enforced prior-consent and transparency failures. Do not treat a public address or purchased file as consent, and stop after an objection.

  • Determine whether the contact identifies an individual and whether the address belongs to the business shown; a domain or generic inbox does not prove legal form or permission.
  • Document the lawful basis or consent required for the recipient and channel before sending a campaign.
  • Keep the message relevant to the published business activity and identify the sender and offer accurately.
  • Provide a simple opt-out or objection route and stop direct marketing after it is used.
  • Screen refreshed files against a maintained suppression list and keep source, purpose and review records.

Assess email, SMS and telephone use under the rule for that channel and maintain a current suppression list.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles in Lithuania into a category-and-location export. Official registers, licences and activity classifications remain separate from the file.

  1. 1

    Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public profiles matching the categories shown on the page. Those public labels define the file scope but are not official activity codes or licences.

  2. 2

    Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes business name, category, location, website, email, phone and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. 3

Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout publishes the current collection date and coverage totals, then delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Questions before choosing a list for Lithuania

Is this a Lithuanian recruitment or job-seeker email list?

No. The file covers public business and operating-location profiles. It does not contain candidates, personal CVs, private employment profiles or job-application data.

Does the Lithuania CSV contain legal entity codes or EVRK codes?

No. SphereScout does not reproduce the Register of Legal Entities. Legal entity codes, EVRK activity codes, legal form, register status, owners, employee counts and turnover are not supplied in the current export.

Can I narrow a Lithuania business list by county or municipality?

The custom builder uses location values found in the profiles, which can include county, municipality, ward, city, town, township, village, street and postcode. Review the resulting rows before export.

How do I know how many Lithuanian businesses have email?

Each industry row shows the total number of business profiles and the number and percentage with at least one public email. That avoids treating the complete profile count as an email count.

Does buying a Lithuanian list satisfy direct-marketing consent rules?

Lithuanian electronic-communications and data-protection rules require a valid basis for direct marketing; the State Data Protection Inspectorate has enforced prior-consent and transparency failures. Do not treat a public address or purchased file as consent, and stop after an objection.

How do I receive the file after payment?

Once payment is confirmed, SphereScout prepares your CSV and emails a download link to the address entered at checkout.

Is this a subscription? Are updates included?

No. The listed price is a one-time payment for the file described at checkout. It does not include future updates unless explicitly stated. Platform subscriptions are separate.

Do the email counts guarantee delivery?

No. They count addresses present in the data, not successful deliveries or inbox placements. The percentage of businesses with email is not a deliverability rate.
