How to interpret Argentina business data

Choose the geographic level that matches the territory

Argentina has 23 provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The next administrative level can be a department, partido, or commune depending on the jurisdiction. Build separate CABA, Greater Buenos Aires, provincial-capital, tourist-market, and regional service routes from the actual province, city, neighbourhood, address, and postcode values available in the file.

Political and administrative geography definitions

The CSV is separate from the official business register

The download contains available public venue identity, categories, location, website, profile links, email, and telephone values. It does not add CUIT, company or tax status, CLAE, food-establishment registration, municipal authorization, inspections, legal operator, franchise ownership, employees, turnover, named decision-makers, ratings, reviews, or consent records.

About the National Registry of Companies

Using business contacts in Argentina

Article 27 of Law 25,326 permits defined direct-advertising uses of suitable data from publicly accessible documents, data supplied by the holder, or consented sources. Keep only the individual data needed for a relevant offer. Every postal, telephone, email, internet, or other remote advertisement must prominently explain how the person can request removal or blocking, and the database source must be identified on request.

  • Retain the public source URL, collection date, business category, and reason the proposed offer is relevant to that business.
  • Use only the contact and segmentation fields needed to formulate the offer; do not infer personal preferences, ownership, or decision-making roles from a business listing.
  • Identify the advertiser and include a prominent, workable route to request total or partial removal or blocking in every remote marketing communication.
  • Be able to identify the controller or database user that supplied the information when the recipient asks.
  • Correct, update, block, or suppress inaccurate and objected-to records, and prevent a later file refresh from restoring them to outreach.
  • Register and govern any personal-data database when the current AAIP rules require it; purchasing a CSV does not transfer the seller's compliance record to the buyer.

Before calls or promotional messages to telephone lines, screen the National Do Not Call Registry and your own suppression list. Resolution 126/2024 requires advertisers to consult the registry at least every 30 calendar days before contact; a public business number is not an exception.

Classify the source and campaign before outreach

Classify the source and campaign before outreachEvidence to retainCampaign treatment
Public business route with a relevant offerThe address or number is published for the business, the source is recorded, and the offer directly relates to its stated activity.Use only necessary fields, identify the advertiser, display the removal or blocking option prominently, disclose the database source on request, and suppress objections.
Person-linked or enriched contactThe mailbox, mobile, name, inferred role, or enrichment identifies a person beyond the public business route.Verify the data source and legal conditions before use. Do not treat a public business listing as authority for inferred personal details or a different campaign purpose.
Source, operator, or relevance unresolvedThe contact cannot be traced to a legitimate source, the business details are outdated, the operator is unclear, or the offer does not fit the published business activity.Hold the record out of outreach until it is corrected or qualified. Domain type, webmail, or a directory listing alone does not resolve ownership or campaign relevance.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. 1

    Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. 2

    Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. 3

Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Questions before choosing a list for Argentina

Can I buy a business email list for Argentina by industry?

Yes. Each industry row shows the current business count, the number of businesses with email, a masked sample and the one-time price when available. Open one file or use the custom builder to combine business categories.

Does every Argentine business profile include an email address?

No. Public email availability varies by industry and business profile. The comparison table shows both the number of businesses with at least one email and their share of all businesses in each file.

Can I narrow a list for Argentina by location?

Use the custom builder when territory matters. Depending on the public profile, available fields can include one of 23 provinces or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, department, partido, or commune according to the jurisdiction and city, municipality, town, neighbourhood, street address, or postcode locality.

Does the Argentina CSV include official registration numbers or activity codes?

No. A row represents a public business or location profile. The current export does not include CUIT or CDI for the applicable registered person or entity, CLAE activity code, legal form, register status, employee count or revenue.

Does buying the file authorize marketing in Argentina?

Article 27 of Law 25,326 permits defined direct-advertising uses of suitable data from publicly accessible documents, data supplied by the holder, or consented sources. Keep only the individual data needed for a relevant offer. Every postal, telephone, email, internet, or other remote advertisement must prominently explain how the person can request removal or blocking, and the database source must be identified on request.

How do I receive the file after payment?

Once payment is confirmed, SphereScout prepares your CSV and emails a download link to the address entered at checkout.

Is this a subscription? Are updates included?

No. The listed price is a one-time payment for the file described at checkout. It does not include future updates unless explicitly stated. Platform subscriptions are separate.

Do the email counts guarantee delivery?

No. They count addresses present in the data, not successful deliveries or inbox placements. The percentage of businesses with email is not a deliverability rate.
