1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SphereScout platform and services ("Service") provided by SPHERESCOUT PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a Singapore-registered company.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SphereScout provides a business directory platform and one-time downloadable datasets that allow users to search, access, and download business contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and business addresses, for legitimate business purposes.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with applicable privacy, data protection, anti-spam, direct-marketing, suppression-list, and opt-out requirements
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

5. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our Service to:

  • Send spam, unlawful unsolicited communications, or bulk outreach that violates applicable privacy, anti-spam, direct-marketing, suppression-list, opt-out, or platform requirements
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute our data without explicit permission

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Certain platform features require a paid subscription. SphereScout also offers datasets as one-time digital purchases without recurring billing. A dataset purchase provides the file described at checkout and does not include future updates unless expressly stated. Fees are generally non-refundable after digital delivery, except for duplicate charges or failed or corrupted delivery. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPHERESCOUT PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
