What is included in the Finland restaurant email list?

This downloadable B2B list is for companies researching restaurants, cafes, bars, pizzerias, quick-service venues, caterers, and event locations in Finland. It contains public business profiles and available contact routes, not customer, reservation, order, or subscriber data.

What one row represents

Each row represents a publicly listed business or operating location. For most small independent restaurants, the published phone or email will reach the owner or operating lead; a chain may route it to the venue, customer service, or a central team. The row is not a Trade Register extract, Business ID, TOL classification, food-business registration, or alcohol serving permit.

Venues and contact details in the selection

General restaurant profiles form the largest current group. The composition also includes cafes, coffee shops, bars, pizzerias, event venues, fast food, burger and sandwich restaurants, caterers, patisseries, and smaller cuisine-led groups.

CSV fields available when published

Venues and contact details in the selection

  • When supplied by a public profile, the CSV can include the business or venue name, categories, street address, region or local area, municipality or locality, postcode, website, public profile links, email, and telephone.

Information that is not included

  • Restaurant customer names or emails, bookings, orders, loyalty members, newsletter subscribers, menus, prices, ratings, reviews, or visitor volumes.
  • The file does not identify a specific proprietor, venue manager, head chef, purchaser, or franchise operator. Staffing, revenue, group ownership, and chain membership are also outside the export.
  • Business ID, legal form, Trade Register status, TOL code, food-business registration, inspection or hygiene data, alcohol serving permit, or a promise of complete Finnish restaurant coverage.

CSV fields available when published

  • Published trading name and venue labels
  • Street address, region or local area, municipality or locality, and postcode
  • Website and available public profile links
  • Published business email when available
  • Published business telephone when available

National file or narrower sales segment?

The prepared file supports a nationwide campaign spanning several restaurant and hospitality formats. Narrow the prospect set by combining venue category with available location fields, such as pizzerias in selected municipalities, cafes around chosen postcodes, or caterers in your service territory. Business ID, TOL, legal form, employee count, turnover, permit, and ownership are not available filters.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Finland

Under Finland's Act on Electronic Communications Services, electronic direct marketing to a natural person generally requires prior consent. Marketing to a community or legal entity is generally permitted unless expressly prohibited. Processing information that identifies a person also needs a GDPR lawful basis; legitimate interests do not override the channel's consent requirement.

Read sections 200 and 202 of the Act on Electronic Communications Services and the Data Protection Ombudsman's decision
  • Establish the recipient's legal form, subscriber type, and contact route before sending. A business name, custom domain, role inbox, or free-webmail address does not by itself prove the recipient class.
  • A confirmed legal entity's general inbox can generally receive relevant B2B marketing without prior consent, but the sender must be identified and every message must provide an easy, free way to prohibit further marketing.
  • Do not automatically treat a named employee as a legal-entity recipient. Verify the person's actual role and that the offer is materially related to that role before considering contact without consent.
  • Marketing email to a private trader or another natural person requires consent or an existing-customer exception that meets every statutory condition.
  • When a record identifies a person and came from a public or third-party source, document the lawful basis and balancing test, provide Article 14 information, stop direct marketing immediately after an objection, and retain the objection on a reliable suppression list.
  • Telephone marketing is a separate channel. An email classification does not automatically authorize a call, so check who uses the number, previous objections, and the rules applicable to that call before contacting it.

Classify recipients before an email campaign

Confirmed legal entity and role inbox
Evidence requiredA reliable register match to a limited company or another legal person, plus evidence that an info@, sales@, or other general address belongs to that same entity.
Email treatmentPrior consent is generally not required for relevant B2B marketing. Identify the sender, provide an easy prohibition route, and meet GDPR duties if other fields identify a person.
Named person at a confirmed legal entity
Evidence requiredThe address identifies an employee, and both their current responsibilities and the material relationship between the offer and those responsibilities are established.
Email treatmentAssess the outreach against the actual role, document the GDPR basis and transparency, and honor objections immediately. Treat the address as unresolved if the role has not been verified.
Natural person
Evidence requiredThe recipient is a private trader, individual customer, or another natural person, regardless of whether they use a custom domain or general business address.
Email treatmentDo not send unsolicited marketing email without documented consent or a fully applicable existing-customer exception.
Unresolved
Evidence requiredThe register match is missing or conflicting, the business uses only a trading name, the address is webmail, or the link between the address and legal entity cannot be corroborated.
Email treatmentExclude the address from unsolicited email until the recipient class and route are resolved. Domain and webmail classifications are review signals, not decisive evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the list contain restaurant customers or newsletter subscribers?
No. The rows are public business and operating-location profiles. Customers, reservations, orders, loyalty memberships, and restaurants' own mailing lists are outside the file.
Does every Finnish restaurant row have an email address?
No. Availability depends on the contact routes each Finnish business or venue publishes. Use the live coverage figures to compare profiles with email against the full category, then inspect the masked CSV examples before purchase.
Which restaurant and business types are included?
The live composition defines the scope. Alongside general restaurants it shows cafes, coffee shops, bars, pizzerias, fast food, burger and sandwich restaurants, caterers, patisseries, event venues, and smaller cuisine-led groups. Review broad labels such as event venue and dairy before using them in a campaign.
Is this Finland's official restaurant or food-business register?
No. Food businesses generally notify the local food-control authority of their activities. SphereScout is a separate contact list built from public business profiles and does not include registration, control, approval, or inspection fields.
Does the file include Business ID, TOL code, or a named restaurant manager?
No. The CSV does not include Business ID, official TOL classification, legal form, or a guaranteed owner, manager, chef, or buyer. For most small venues, the published route will reach the owner or operating lead, but the recipient still needs to be qualified before outreach.
