What is included in the Ireland restaurant email list?
This is a Republic of Ireland B2B venue file covering general restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cafes, fast-food businesses, pizzerias, caterers, event venues, and smaller foodservice formats. Business, email, and telephone totals are reported separately because no contact route appears on every profile.
What one Ireland row represents
Each row represents a publicly listed venue or trading location in the Republic of Ireland. At most independent restaurants, pubs, and cafes the public contact will reach the proprietor or operating team; groups may route it centrally. The row is not a CRO company or business-name record, NACE assignment, food-business registration, liquor licence, inspection result, or named buyer.
Restaurant, pub, coffee, and cafe coverage
The largest groups are general restaurants and bars, followed by coffee shops and cafes. Fast food, pizzerias, catering services, event venues, Italian restaurants, sandwich shops, bar-and-grill venues, and smaller cuisine formats complete the current selection.

Match the Irish venue format to the offer
The file is not one homogeneous restaurant audience. CSO separates restaurant and mobile food service, event catering, and beverage service; the live public-profile categories let buyers form practical sales segments within and around those groups.
Independent restaurants and seated dining
Ingredients, beverages, tableware, linen, reservations, payments, cleaning, kitchen equipment, waste, and maintenance.
Start with general restaurants, then add relevant Italian, French, Mexican, American, or breakfast labels and qualify the current concept
Irish pub and licensed-venue accounts
Drinks, cooling, ice, glassware, entertainment, security, furniture, sports systems, cleaning, and late-hour service contracts.
Combine bar and bar-and-grill categories, then inspect the website to distinguish drink-led, food-led, and event-led operations
Coffee shops, cafes, and daytime venues
Coffee and tea, bakery supply, display equipment, cups, refrigeration, point of sale, scheduling, furniture, and local technical service.
Use coffee-shop and cafe labels, adding patisserie and breakfast records where the offer fits
Irish takeaway and counter-service outlets
Ordering, delivery, packaging, fryers, ovens, extraction, cold storage, payments, telecoms, and workforce tools.
Combine fast-food, pizza, burger, and sandwich categories, then check whether the outlet is independent, franchised, or centrally operated before assigning the account
Caterers and event venues
Food transport, temporary equipment, staffing, booking systems, event production, wholesale supply, and partnership development.
Use catering-service and event-venue labels with location, website, and public-profile evidence; verify whether food service is operated in-house

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish coverage and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Ireland
Irish ePrivacy rules distinguish the recipient and the context. Unsolicited email to a natural person can fall within Regulation 13(2) when the address reasonably appears to be used mainly for commercial or official activity and the message relates solely to that activity. Email to an organization other than a natural person is allowed until it has objected. Where a contact identifies a person, GDPR still requires a lawful basis such as properly assessed legitimate interests, transparency, minimization, and an immediate stop after a direct-marketing objection.
Read Ireland's electronic direct-marketing rules- Classify the subscriber and mailbox context; a CRO business-name record can belong to an individual, partnership, or company and is not by itself a corporate-company match.
- For a natural person's business address, retain evidence that it is used mainly in a commercial or official capacity and make the message solely relevant to that activity before relying on Regulation 13(2).
- For organizations other than natural persons, suppress the address as soon as the subscriber or user objects under Regulation 13(4).
- When personal data is involved, document the GDPR lawful basis. If using legitimate interests, record purpose, necessity, expectations, impact, and safeguards, and provide the required transparency information.
- Identify the sender, use a valid contact address, provide a simple cessation route, and never conceal the identity behind the message.
- Apply Article 21 objections immediately and screen every refreshed file against the suppression list.
- For live marketing calls, check the National Directory Database opt-out preference and your own suppression list. Marketing calls to mobile phones require the consent conditions in Regulation 13(6); a public business number is not a blanket channel permission.
