What is included in the Denmark restaurant email list?
The downloadable B2B list combines public business profiles for restaurants, cafes, bars, pizza venues, quick service, caterers, and adjacent Danish locations. It supplies available contact routes, not diner, booking, or documented marketing-consent records.
What one row represents
A row represents a public business profile or operating location. For most independent Danish venues, the published route is direct to the proprietor or person running the service; groups may direct enquiries to the branch or headquarters. The row is not a CVR extract or P-unit record.
Locations and contact fields included
The current mix covers general restaurants, cafes, bars, pizza, coffee shops, quick service, catering, burger and sandwich venues, event locations, and smaller cuisine-led groups.
Available CSV fields

- No assured proprietor, manager, chef, purchasing contact, or other named role is supplied; staff size, revenue, group membership, and franchise status are also absent.
- CVR or P numbers, legal form, DB25 code, food registration, smiley inspection reports, serving permits, or consent to receive marketing email.
Available CSV fields

- Address, city or locality, and postcode
- Website and available public profile links
- Public business email where available
- Public business phone where available
All Denmark or a focused sales segment?
Use the full file for nationwide market analysis, or combine category and available location: pizza venues in selected postcodes, cafes in particular cities, or caterers inside your service area. CVR, P number, DB25, legal form, size, turnover, and permits are not file filters.

Turn the file into a usable sales segment
A large file becomes useful when the offer, venue model, and territory align. Use it for research and prioritization before choosing a contact channel.
Food and beverage suppliers
Separate cuisine-led restaurants, cafes, bars, and caterers so the product range fits the venue.
Category, website, venue name, and location
Restaurant software and payments
Test separate propositions for table service, quick service, and booking- or event-led operations.
Category, website, and public contact routes
Equipment, servicing, and maintenance
Build local routes around cafes, restaurants, bars, and caterers with different equipment needs.
Address, locality, postcode, category, and phone
Event and staffing suppliers
Combine caterers and event venues, then verify each location's actual operation before prioritizing it.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish coverage and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Denmark
Section 10 of Denmark's Marketing Practices Act generally requires prior consent for marketing by email, SMS, and other electronic mail. The ban applies to every recipient, including companies, public authorities, and general addresses such as info@. A GDPR legitimate-interest assessment may support processing personal data, but it does not replace the channel's consent requirement.
Read section 10 of the Marketing Practices Act and guidance from the Consumer Ombudsman and Data Protection Agency- Do not treat a public email address as evidence of consent. A CVR match, custom domain, info@ inbox, or free-webmail address does not change section 10's general rule.
- Send electronic marketing only when valid, voluntary, informed, and specific consent can be documented, or when every condition of the existing-customer exception for the sender's own similar products is met.
- Identify the sender, make withdrawal easy and free, and retain opt-outs on a reliable suppression list.
- Where data identifies a person, also document the GDPR basis, provide the required information, and stop direct marketing immediately after an objection.
- Use the list for research, segmentation, and verification, but keep data availability separate from permission for the selected contact channel.
- Telephone, physical mail, and electronic mail follow different rules. An email classification therefore does not decide whether a particular number can be called; check the recipient, prior objections, and the rules for that channel.
Verify permission before an email campaign
