What is included in the Turkey restaurant business list?
The CSV brings together public profiles for restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, fast food, patisseries, bars, pizza and breakfast venues, caterers, and event locations. Telephone availability substantially exceeds email availability, so the live counts should determine the channel you choose.
What a row means
A row represents a public business or venue profile. At most independent operations, the published telephone will reach the owner or operating team; chains can route it to a branch, reservations, or headquarters. The row is neither a MERSIS nor an ESBIS record and does not promise a named procurement contact.
Businesses and fields in the export
General restaurants and cafes are the two largest groups; coffee shops, fast-food venues, patisseries, bars, pizzerias, breakfast restaurants, and the remaining live breakdown groups broaden the selection.

Businesses and fields in the export
- Where present on the profile, the export supplies the business name, categories, address and locality details, postcode, website, public-profile links, email, and telephone.
What the CSV leaves out
- Customer emails, reservations, orders, loyalty members, menus, prices, reviews, and visitor data.
- Named proprietors, managers, chefs, buyers, job titles, confirmed chain ownership, employee totals, and revenue.
- MERSIS, ESBIS, and tax numbers; legal status, NACE, food-business registration, inspection results, and IYS permission records.
CSV fields delivered when found
- Listed trading name together with the venue labels attached to its profile
- Address, locality, district, province, and postal information when available
- Website and connected public-profile links
- Business emails found in a public source
- Business telephone numbers found in a public source
All of Türkiye or a defined sales territory?
Combine venue type with available province, district, municipality, neighborhood, locality, address, and postcode values. A distributor can isolate cafes and patisseries along a delivery route; a service team can group fast-food and restaurant locations across neighboring provinces. MERSIS, NACE, turnover, and menu are not filters in this file.

Split venues by the way they buy and operate
General restaurants account for a large share of the file, while cafes, coffee shops, and patisseries have a different equipment and supply pattern. Use the live labels to create a few deliberate segments instead of broadcasting one proposition to the whole foodservice market.

Design the campaign around the contact route available
Turkey has a much wider telephone footprint than email footprint in this category. Build email activity only from rows that contain email; use the larger phone-bearing universe for territory design, qualification, and call-led selling.
Food and beverage distributors
Select accounts inside the delivery area by venue format, then vary the assortment for cafes, patisseries, quick service, and table-service restaurants.
Category, province and district when present, locality, address, website, telephone, and email
POS, ordering, and payment providers
Create distinct propositions for table service, quick service, coffee and bakery, delivery, catering, and event operations.
Venue label, website, linked profiles, and whichever contact route is available
Equipment and field-service teams
Plan installation and maintenance routes from phone-bearing venue density, operating format, and the available address.
Map the listed place details against venue format, site presence, and callable number
Email-led acquisition
Before sending, verify which operation owns the address, the recipient class, and the relevant IYS state; remove refusals from the campaign audience.
Email, business name, source page, website, category, recipient class, and suppression status
How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish coverage and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Türkiye
Commercial electronic messages to consumers generally require prior approval. Merchants and tradespeople do not require prior approval, but the address, recipient type, and channel still need appropriate IYS handling before messaging, and a refusal blocks further contact without renewed approval. KVKK applies separately when data identifies a person.
Read the Ministry's IYS guidance, the IYS FAQ, and the KVKK third-party-data notice- Verify whether the recipient is a consumer, merchant, or tradesperson and that the email or telephone belongs to the matched operation; a profile label or domain is not enough.
- Before contacting a merchant or tradesperson, manage the address under the correct recipient type and channel in IYS and screen both IYS refusals and your own suppression list.
- Identify the sender and commercial purpose, provide a simple free refusal route, and stop after refusal unless valid new approval is obtained.
- For person-linked contacts, separately document the KVKK processing condition, transparency, source, purpose limitation, accuracy, and security measures.
- Receiving data from a third party or purchased file does not itself create a basis for advertising and marketing; resolve or exclude ambiguous records.
- Calls, SMS, and email are separate IYS channels. For telephone campaigns, check the relevant channel record and refusal status, identify the caller and purpose, and suppress the number after an objection.
Classify recipient and channel before sending
