What is included in the Estonia restaurant email list?

This is a compact, contact-rich Estonian hospitality file led by restaurants and cafes, followed by coffee shops, bars, fast-food outlets, event venues, pizzerias, caterers, and smaller formats. The current page reports venue, unique-email, and unique-phone totals separately.

What one Estonia row represents

Each row is a publicly listed restaurant, cafe, coffee shop, bar, quick-service outlet, event venue, caterer, or adjacent trading location. At an independent venue the public route will normally reach the proprietor or operating team; a group may route it centrally. The row is not an e-Business Register entity, EMTAK assignment, food notice or licence, inspection result, or named buyer.

High email availability across a compact venue market

General restaurants form the largest group, followed by cafes, bars, coffee shops, fast food, pizza, event venues, catering, burgers, Italian restaurants, and the smaller formats displayed in the live breakdown.

Pair the venue format with county, municipality, city, town, locality, street, and postcode values where present. Separate Tallinn and surrounding Harju County from Tartu, Pärnu, Ida-Viru, island markets, and regional routes according to the actual service area. Registry status, EMTAK, food licence, employee count, revenue, rating, and review score are not filters in this CSV.

Turn Estonia's venue mix into sales segments

The strong email count does not make every venue the same prospect. Restaurant and cafe workflows differ from quick service, bars, events, and catering, so select the operating model before choosing geography and contact channel.

The file supports focused multi-channel prospecting because email and phone coverage are both substantial. Start with venue fit and territory, then reconcile the legal operator and channel rules before launch.

Venue type, website, public links, locality, email, and phone

Equipment and field-service companies

Recommended work

Plan installation and technician routes for kitchen machinery, refrigeration, extraction, coffee equipment, hygiene, repairs, waste, and safety work.

Fields and evidence

Physical location, category, site evidence, telephone, and internal service-radius data

Email outreach teams

Recommended work

Match the venue to its operator, classify legal-person versus natural-person contact, include electronic refusal, and suppress every opt-out before refreshing the campaign.

Fields and evidence

Source URL, registry evidence, contact ownership, consent where required, send purpose, and suppression status

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Estonia

Estonia's Electronic Communications Act permits direct marketing to a legal person's electronic contact details when every use offers a clear, free, easy electronic refusal. A natural person's contact details require prior consent unless the existing-customer conditions for similar products apply. The sender must be identifiable, the message must explain how to refuse, and an address must never be used again after refusal. GDPR separately applies when the record identifies a person.

Read Estonia's Electronic Communications Act
  • Match the business to the e-Business Register when legal form matters; a custom domain, role inbox, or public profile does not prove that the subscriber is a legal person rather than an FIE or another natural person.
  • For a confirmed legal-person route, include a clear, distinct, free, easy refusal method in every marketing message and allow it to be exercised electronically.
  • Do not send direct marketing to a natural person's electronic contact without prior consent unless every condition of the existing-buyer exception applies.
  • Identify the business on whose behalf the message is sent and state how further messages can be stopped.
  • When personal data is involved, document the GDPR lawful basis, purpose, source, transparency, minimization, and retention controls.
  • Apply every refusal or Article 21 objection immediately and screen later list refreshes against a durable suppression list.
  • The direct-email rule does not make every public number callable for marketing. Identify whether the route belongs to a legal or natural person, apply GDPR where a person is identifiable, state who is calling, and suppress every refusal.

Separate legal-person and natural-person routes

Confirmed legal-person contact
Evidence to retainA strong registry match to an Estonian legal person and evidence that the legal entity uses the mailbox.
Email treatmentPrior consent is not required by section 103¹(2). Identify the sender, provide an electronic opt-out in every message, and stop after refusal.
Natural-person business contact
Evidence to retainThe subscriber or user is an FIE or another identifiable natural person, including a person-linked mailbox or mobile route.
Email treatmentRequire prior consent unless all existing-buyer conditions are met; satisfy GDPR duties and stop after withdrawal or objection.
Operator unresolved
Evidence to retainThe trading name, domain, mailbox, or phone cannot be tied confidently to a legal person or natural person.
Email treatmentResolve the operator before unsolicited email or apply the natural-person rule. Webmail and custom domains are triage signals, not legal-form evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much email coverage does the Estonia restaurant list provide?
The current live totals are the authority. Estonia has unusually strong email availability for a compact market, but an email still does not appear on every venue profile. Compare business, unique-email, and unique-phone totals before buying.
Which Estonia hospitality formats appear in the file?
General restaurants and cafes lead the selection, followed by coffee shops, bars, fast food, event venues, pizza, catering, burgers, Italian restaurants, and the smaller formats shown in the current breakdown.
Can I target Tallinn separately from the rest of Estonia?
Yes. Use available county or area, city, municipality, town, locality, street, and postcode fields to isolate Tallinn and Harju County or build Tartu, Pärnu, Ida-Viru, island, and other regional routes.
Does the CSV contain registry, EMTAK, licence, owner, or financial data?
No. It supplies public venue and contact fields, not registry codes or status, legal form, EMTAK, annual-report finances, employees, owners, board members, food notices or licences, inspections, alcohol records, ratings, or reviews.
Can Estonian legal-person business addresses receive cold email?
Yes, provided every use gives a clear, free, easy electronic refusal and the sender is identifiable. Natural-person contacts require prior consent unless the existing-buyer exception applies. Stop all further use after refusal and meet GDPR duties when a person is identifiable.
