What does the Argentina restaurant contact list contain?

This is a national, phone-rich gastronomy dataset with almost 100,000 restaurant and adjacent venue profiles. General restaurants lead the file, followed by bars, pizzerias, fast-food and burger outlets, coffee shops, cafes, events, and smaller formats. Email is a limited subset and is counted separately.

What one Argentina row represents

Each row is a publicly listed restaurant, bar, pizzeria, cafe, coffee shop, burger outlet, event venue, caterer, or related trading location. At an independent venue the public telephone will normally reach the proprietor or operating team; a chain may route it to an outlet or central function. It is not an RNS entity, CUIT record, CLAE assignment, food authorization, or named buyer.

Broad venue and telephone coverage across Argentina

General restaurants are the largest group, with a substantial layer of bars and pizzerias, followed by fast-food, burger, coffee-shop, cafe, event, bar-and-grill, cuisine-led, sandwich, catering, and smaller formats in the live breakdown.

  • Named proprietors, managers, chefs, purchasing contacts, employees, group ownership, franchise status, and turnover are not promised.
  • CUIT or CDI, registered name or legal form, tax status, CLAE, RNE or RNPA, municipal or sanitary authorization, inspections, and marketing permission are absent.

Build CABA, Greater Buenos Aires, and provincial sales territories

Combine venue format with available province, city, municipality, neighbourhood, street, and postcode fields. Separate CABA from Greater Buenos Aires, then build routes around provincial capitals, tourist markets, and the real delivery or technician radius. The downloadable columns cannot segment accounts by CUIT, fiscal standing, CLAE, permits, workforce size, sales, or consumer-review metrics.

Split Argentina's gastronomy market before assigning accounts

The category contains several large operating models, not one uniform restaurant audience. Pizza supply, bar distribution, burger packaging, cafe equipment, and full-service restaurant software require different filters, territories, and qualification questions.

General restaurants and dining venues

Commercial fit

Ingredients, beverages, tableware, linen, reservations, payments, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, cleaning, waste, pest control, and maintenance.

How to select and qualify

Start with the general restaurant label, divide by province and city, then inspect the site and current operating concept

Pizzerias and delivery-oriented kitchens

Commercial fit

Flour, cheese, toppings, ovens, extraction, delivery systems, boxes, ordering, payments, refrigeration, and high-volume kitchen service.

How to select and qualify

Use pizza records as their own national segment; qualify delivery, takeaway, seating, chain status, and service radius before assignment

Bars and bar-and-grill venues

Commercial fit

Plan beer, wine, spirits, soft-drink, refrigeration, glassware, ice, nightlife, security, hygiene, furnishing, and emergency-service offers.

How to select and qualify

Combine bar and bar-and-grill labels, then verify whether drinks, food, nightlife, or events drive the account

Fast-food and burger outlets

Commercial fit

Ordering, delivery, packaging, fryers, grills, extraction, compact refrigeration, payments, scheduling, and franchise support.

How to select and qualify

Pair fast-food and hamburger categories, add sandwich shops when relevant, and reconcile independent versus chain operation from current web evidence

Coffee shops, cafes, events, and catering

Commercial fit

Coffee, bakery supply, display equipment, cups, booking, temporary equipment, wholesale ingredients, transport, staffing, and partnerships.

How to select and qualify

Build separate coffee/cafe and event/catering selections; use location, website, phone, and email evidence to verify the actual service model

Use Argentina's contact mix for phone-led account discovery

Telephone reaches far more venues than email in the current file. Use the full footprint to map territories, the phone subset to qualify operating fit, websites to understand the venue, and email only where the source, purpose, and Article 27 controls have been documented.

Food, beverage, and packaging distributors

Recommended workflow

Create provincial delivery territories, then separate restaurant, pizza, bar, quick-service, and coffee assortments before calling high-fit venues about purchasing and delivery conditions.

Evidence to retain

Category, province, city or locality, address, postcode, website, and telephone

Equipment installers and field-service teams

Recommended workflow

Plot account density around workshops and technician routes, then confirm equipment relevance and venue status before allocating a visit.

Evidence to retain

Physical location, venue format, website, public profile, telephone, and internal service-radius data

Restaurant technology and payment providers

Recommended workflow

Tailor the workflow to seated dining, pizza delivery, quick service, bars, cafes, events, or multi-site groups instead of sending one undifferentiated gastronomy pitch.

Evidence to retain

Category, website, public links, location, telephone, and email when available

Direct-marketing teams

Recommended workflow

Retain the public source and relevance rationale, minimize the fields used, identify the advertiser, make removal or blocking prominent, disclose the database source on request, and suppress objections.

Evidence to retain

Source URL and date, campaign purpose, venue fit, contact route, message version, objection route, and suppression status

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Argentina

Article 27 of Law 25,326 permits defined direct-advertising uses of suitable data from publicly accessible documents, data supplied by the holder, or consented sources. Keep only the individual data needed for a relevant offer. Every postal, telephone, email, internet, or other remote advertisement must prominently explain how the person can request removal or blocking, and the database source must be identified on request.

Read Argentina's direct-advertising data rules
  • Retain the public source URL, collection date, business category, and reason the proposed offer is relevant to that business.
  • Use only the contact and segmentation fields needed to formulate the offer; do not infer personal preferences, ownership, or decision-making roles from a business listing.
  • Identify the advertiser and include a prominent, workable route to request total or partial removal or blocking in every remote marketing communication.
  • Be able to identify the controller or database user that supplied the information when the recipient asks.
  • Correct, update, block, or suppress inaccurate and objected-to records, and prevent a later file refresh from restoring them to outreach.
  • Register and govern any personal-data database when the current AAIP rules require it; purchasing a CSV does not transfer the seller's compliance record to the buyer.
  • Before calls or promotional messages to telephone lines, screen the National Do Not Call Registry and your own suppression list. Resolution 126/2024 requires advertisers to consult the registry at least every 30 calendar days before contact; a public business number is not an exception.

Classify the source and campaign before outreach

Public business route with a relevant offer
Evidence to retainThe address or number is published for the business, the source is recorded, and the offer directly relates to its stated activity.
Campaign treatmentUse only necessary fields, identify the advertiser, display the removal or blocking option prominently, disclose the database source on request, and suppress objections.
Person-linked or enriched contact
Evidence to retainThe mailbox, mobile, name, inferred role, or enrichment identifies a person beyond the public business route.
Campaign treatmentVerify the data source and legal conditions before use. Do not treat a public business listing as authority for inferred personal details or a different campaign purpose.
Source, operator, or relevance unresolved
Evidence to retainThe contact cannot be traced to a legitimate source, the business details are outdated, the operator is unclear, or the offer does not fit the published business activity.
Campaign treatmentHold the record out of outreach until it is corrected or qualified. Domain type, webmail, or a directory listing alone does not resolve ownership or campaign relevance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Argentina product primarily an email list?
No. It is a national restaurant contact dataset with broad venue and telephone coverage. Email appears on a much smaller subset. The live business, unique-phone, and unique-email totals are displayed separately so buyers can choose the correct workflow.
Which gastronomy formats are largest in Argentina?
General restaurants lead the file, followed by bars and pizzerias. Fast-food, burger, coffee-shop, cafe, event, bar-and-grill, cuisine-led, sandwich, and catering profiles form additional segments shown in the live breakdown.
Can I target CABA separately from the provinces?
Yes. Use the available province or area, city, municipality, neighbourhood, locality, street, and postcode values to isolate CABA, Greater Buenos Aires, provincial capitals, tourist markets, and regional routes.
Does the file contain CUIT, CLAE, authorizations, owners, or ratings?
No. It contains available public venue and contact fields, not CUIT or CDI, legal form or tax status, CLAE, RNE or RNPA, municipal or sanitary authorization, inspections, owners, managers, employees, turnover, ratings, or reviews.
How should I use Argentina contacts for direct advertising?
Record the legitimate public source and campaign relevance, use only necessary data, identify the advertiser, prominently offer removal or blocking in every remote communication, disclose the database source on request, and suppress objections. Screen telephone campaigns against No Llame at least every 30 days.
