What this Australia hotel email list contains
This CSV helps suppliers find hotels and related accommodation properties across Australia. It contains public property profiles with available business contacts; it is not guest data, a booking feed, a tourism-register export, or a verified ANZSIC file.
What one row represents
One row represents a public accommodation-property or location profile. The same group can appear in multiple rows, one for each property. The listed contact may reach reception, the on-site team, an operator, or a central office; the file does not guarantee a named manager or purchasing contact.
Included in this scope
- Australian properties represented in the hotel and related accommodation categories shown on this page.
- Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public profile links, and geographic fields.
- Independent properties and chain locations when each has a separate public profile.
Not included
- Guests, reservations, loyalty accounts, traveller enquiries, or booking histories.
- Guaranteed owners, managers, buyers, star ratings, room counts, occupancy, revenue, or employee counts.
- An Australian Business Register or tourism-register export, or a verified ANZSIC classification for every property.
- Proof of dining, conference, spa, pool, laundry, parking, or other facilities.
Fields available when published
- Property or business name and public categories
- Address, state or territory, locality, postcode, and coordinates
- Website and public profile links
- Business email addresses
- Phone numbers
Need a specific Australian territory?
The ready-made file covers the national selection shown here. Build a list by state, territory, or locality, then check each website for property type, facilities, brand relationship, and whether purchasing is local or centralised.
Match the property to the offer
Australia's accommodation market ranges from city hotels and serviced apartments to highway motels, resorts, hostels, and regional lodges. Category and location provide the shortlist; the website confirms the facilities and buying structure.
City hotel or serviced accommodation
High guest turnover, business travel, longer stays, and apartment-style facilities create different needs for housekeeping, kitchens, access, laundry, and software.
Category, locality, booking pages, facilities, website
Motel or regional property
Roadside and regional properties make route density, response times, parking, maintenance coverage, and local stock availability important.
State, locality, postcode, map location, phone
Resort or full-service hotel
Food and beverage, pools, grounds, events, spa, and leisure facilities expand the supplier set but must be confirmed on the property website.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorisations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish current counts and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and current record counts, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Australia
Buying a marketing list does not transfer Spam Act consent. The sender remains responsible for proving express or valid inferred consent for every commercial email or message, identifying the sender, and providing a working unsubscribe route.
Read ACMA's Spam Act guidance- Keep recipient-level evidence of express consent or document why inferred consent applies to the relationship, role, and message.
- Treat a publicly listed role address as inferred consent only when the message is relevant to that role and the publication does not reject unsolicited marketing.
- Identify the authorizing business accurately and keep its contact details valid for at least 30 days after sending.
- Provide a clear, free unsubscribe method, keep it functional for at least 30 days, and action requests within five working days.
- Do not use or supply lists created with address-harvesting software.
- Business telephone numbers used primarily for business cannot generally be added to the Do Not Call Register, but private or mixed-use numbers can be protected. Classify numbers before calling, wash lists when required, and follow the national calling-time, caller-ID, identification, and termination rules even for numbers not on the register.
