What the Spain hotel database contains
This CSV helps suppliers find hotels and other accommodation properties across Spain. It contains public property profiles with available business contacts; it is not guest data, a booking feed, an official tourism-classification file, or a copy of regional tourism registers.
What one row represents
One row represents a public accommodation-property or location profile. The same group can appear in multiple rows, one for each hotel. The listed contact may reach reception, the property team, the operator, or a central office; the file does not necessarily identify the owner, director, or procurement lead.
Included in this scope
- Spanish properties represented in the hotel and related accommodation categories shown on this page.
- Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public profile links, and geographic fields.
- Independent hotels and chain or group properties when each location has its own public profile.
Not included
- Guests, reservations, loyalty schemes, stay enquiries, or event enquiries.
- Guaranteed owners, directors, buyers, room counts, stars, occupancy, revenue, or employee counts.
- A Mercantile Register or regional tourism-register export, or a verified CNAE for every property.
- Proof of dining, spa, meetings, pools, laundry, or other facilities.
Fields available when published
- Property name and public categories
- Address, autonomous community, province, municipality, postcode, and coordinates
- Website and public profile links
- Business email addresses
- Phone numbers
Need a narrower Spanish territory?
The ready-made file covers the national selection shown here. Build a list by autonomous community, province, or municipality, then check each website for property type, facilities, brand relationship, and who controls purchasing.
Confirm the property and buying structure
The category identifies the accommodation property, but not who controls purchasing. Check the operating model and relevant services before outreach.
Independent, chain, or managed property?
An independent hotel may buy locally. A branded or managed property may use approved suppliers and central contracts.
Name, brand, legal notice, group pages, phone
Accommodation only or full service?
Breakfast, dining, events, spa, and outdoor areas create different supplier needs and must be confirmed on the website.
Dining, events, wellness, and facility pages
City, coast, islands, or interior?
Seasonality, logistics, maintenance, and staffing vary between urban, coastal, island, and inland destinations.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish coverage and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Spain
Buying or publicly finding an address does not authorize advertising by email, SMS, or messaging. Spain's LSSI requires the communication to have been requested or expressly authorized, apart from the limited exception for existing customers, lawfully obtained details, and the sender's own similar products or services.
Read the AEPD guidance on unwanted advertising- Do not infer commercial-email authorization from publication or purchase of an address.
- Retain evidence of the request or express authorization, or document that every condition of the existing-customer exception is met.
- Identify the sender and the message's commercial nature clearly.
- Include a simple, free objection or consent-withdrawal route in every communication.
- Apply opt-outs immediately and maintain a reliable suppression list.
- For commercial calls, document consent or the legitimate-interest basis and consult advertising-exclusion systems when required. A sole trader's or professional's details may be used for a call aimed exclusively at their business or professional activity, not for unrelated offers; state the right to object at the start of the call.
