What the Germany hotel database contains
This CSV helps suppliers find hotels and other accommodation businesses across Germany. It contains public property profiles with available business contacts; it is not guest data, a booking feed, an official hotel-classification file, or a complete WZ register.
What one row represents
One row represents a public accommodation-business or property profile. The same hotel group can appear in multiple rows, one for each location. The listed contact may reach reception, the operating team, the operator, or a central office; the file does not automatically identify management or procurement.

- Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public profile links, and geographic fields.
- Owner-operated properties and chain locations when each house has a separate public profile.
Not included
- Guests, bookings, loyalty accounts, travel enquiries, or event enquiries.
- Guaranteed owners, hotel directors, buyers, room counts, star classifications, occupancy, revenue, or employee counts.
- A commercial-register or official accommodation-register export, or a verified WZ code for every property.
- Proof of a restaurant, meetings, spa, pool, laundry, or another facility.

Using business contacts in Germany
Buying an address list does not authorize unsolicited commercial email. Section 7 UWG generally requires prior express consent; the existing-customer exception applies only when every statutory condition is met.
Read section 7 UWG on unreasonable harassment- Do not infer consent from publication or purchase of an email address.
- Use the existing-customer exception only for your own similar products or services and only when the customer has not objected.
- Identify the sender clearly and include a valid, easy way to stop messages in every email.
- For personal contact data, assess the separate GDPR basis and meet the applicable information duties.
- Stop direct marketing after an objection and maintain a reliable suppression list.
- Telephone advertising to consumers requires prior express consent. For other market participants, section 7 UWG requires at least presumed consent; a publicly listed business number does not establish that condition by itself.
