What this Spain cafes contact list contains

This CSV combines public Cafe and Coffee Shop profiles across Spain for hospitality suppliers. It contains available business and location contacts, not customers, named proprietors, commercial-register records, or guaranteed purchasing managers.

What one row represents

A row represents a public cafe location profile. A chain, franchisee, roaster with a venue, or local group may appear at several addresses. The published details may be for the establishment without identifying the person who approves suppliers.

Included in this scope

  • Spanish hospitality venues represented in the Cafe and Coffee Shop categories.
  • Available business emails, phones, websites, addresses, public links, and geographic fields.
  • Location-level profiles for branded and multi-venue operators when each Spanish site is listed publicly.

Not included

  • Guests, bookings, orders, loyalty accounts, reviews, or payment records.
  • Guaranteed proprietors, managers, franchisees, buyers, employee counts, turnover, or group ownership.
  • A commercial-register export, verified CNAE 56.30 file, licence or hygiene register, menu catalogue, or equipment inventory.
  • Cannabis social clubs or other establishments outside the cafe and hospitality scope.
  • Confirmation that a venue roasts coffee, prepares meals, serves alcohol, delivers, belongs to a chain, or controls its own purchasing.

Fields available when present

  • Cafe name and public categories
  • Address, autonomous community, province, municipality, and postcode
  • Website and public profile links
  • Business email addresses
  • Phone numbers

Need a narrower Spanish territory?

Use the national file or select an autonomous community, province, or municipality. Review the website to distinguish a traditional cafeteria, specialty coffee venue, bakery-cafe, kiosk, or chain branch.

Confirm the venue format and who buys

Spanish cafeterias range from neighbourhood breakfast venues to specialty coffee bars and chain outlets. Establish the operating model before selecting the offer.

Independent, franchise, or chain branch?

Why it matters

An independent may choose suppliers directly; a chain can centralise coffee, machines, branding, and software while leaving maintenance or staffing to the venue.

Fields to review

Name, website, address, public links

What does the venue actually offer?

Why it matters

Traditional cafes, specialty coffee, breakfast, pastry, light food, and takeaway create different product, packaging, equipment, and labour needs.

Fields to review

Category, website, address, phone

Who approves the purchase?

Why it matters

A public inbox may be customer-facing. Use the website and phone to identify the proprietor, franchisee, operating company, central buyer, or technical service route.

Fields to review

Website, email, phone, venue name

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Spain

Buying or publicly finding an address does not authorize advertising by email, SMS, or messaging. Spain's LSSI requires the communication to have been requested or expressly authorized, apart from the limited exception for existing customers, lawfully obtained details, and the sender's own similar products or services.

Read the AEPD guidance on unwanted advertising
  • Do not infer commercial-email authorization from publication or purchase of an address.
  • Retain evidence of the request or express authorization, or document that every condition of the existing-customer exception is met.
  • Identify the sender and the message's commercial nature clearly.
  • Include a simple, free objection or consent-withdrawal route in every communication.
  • Apply opt-outs immediately and maintain a reliable suppression list.
  • For commercial calls, document consent or the legitimate-interest basis and consult advertising-exclusion systems when required. A sole trader's or professional's details may be used for a call aimed exclusively at their business or professional activity, not for unrelated offers; state the right to object at the start of the call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are coffee shops included with cafes?
Yes. Cafe and Coffee Shop profiles are combined for the hospitality market. In this context, Coffee Shop means a coffee-serving venue, not a cannabis club.
Does the file name proprietors or procurement managers?
No. It identifies public venue profiles. Use the website and available contacts to determine whether purchasing sits with the shop, franchisee, operating company, or head office.
Is every record classified under CNAE 56.30?
No. CNAE 56.30 includes cafes and other beverage-serving establishments, but SphereScout uses public categories and does not assign or verify CNAE codes.
Does every venue have an email address?
No. Many Spanish venue profiles publish a phone or website without an email. The live coverage and sample show what is currently available.
Are the phone numbers mobile?
Some are. 7,400+ businesses (23.7%) have a mobile number. The list has 7,700+ mobile numbers and 10,000+ landlines in total, in a separate Mobile Phones column.
