What this Germany cafes contact list contains

This CSV combines public Cafe and Coffee Shop profiles across Germany for hospitality suppliers. It provides available business and location contacts, not guest data, named proprietors, commercial-register records, or guaranteed procurement managers.

What one row represents

A row represents a public trading location. A chain, franchise, roaster with a cafe, or regional group may appear at several addresses. The listed details may be for the venue without identifying the person responsible for approving suppliers.

Included in this scope

  • German locations represented in the Cafe and Coffee Shop categories.
  • Available business emails, phones, websites, addresses, public links, and geographic fields.
  • Separate public branch profiles for chains, franchises, and multi-site operators where available.

Not included

  • Guests, reservations, orders, loyalty accounts, reviews, or payment records.
  • Guaranteed owners, directors, branch managers, buyers, employee counts, turnover, or corporate ownership.
  • A commercial-register export, verified WZ 56.10.4 file, food-control or hospitality register, menu catalogue, or equipment inventory.
  • Proof of roasting, kitchen service, alcohol service, delivery, franchise status, or local buying authority.

Fields available when present

  • Cafe or coffee-shop name and public categories
  • Address, federal state, city, and postcode
  • Website and public profile links
  • Business email addresses
  • Phone numbers

Need a narrower German territory?

Use the nationwide file or select a federal state or city. Check the website to distinguish an independent cafe, chain branch, bakery-cafe, specialty coffee bar, kiosk, or broader food-led venue before assigning the account.

Check the venue format and who buys

The public category identifies a location, not its product range or buying structure. These checks determine fit and contact strategy.

Independent, franchise, or chain location?

Why it matters

An independent may select suppliers directly; a chain can centralise coffee, machines, design, and software while leaving maintenance or staffing to the branch.

Fields to review

Name, website, address, public links

What does the venue actually offer?

Why it matters

Traditional cafes, specialty coffee bars, bakery-cafes, breakfast venues, light kitchens, and takeaway counters need different products, packaging, equipment, and workflows.

Fields to review

Category, website, address, phone

Who approves this purchase?

Why it matters

A public inbox can be customer-facing. Use the website and phone to find whether the owner, franchisee, operating company, head office, or technical service team is responsible.

Fields to review

Website, email, phone, venue name

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Germany

Buying an address list does not authorize unsolicited commercial email. Section 7 UWG generally requires prior express consent; the existing-customer exception applies only when every statutory condition is met.

Read section 7 UWG on unreasonable harassment
  • Do not infer consent from publication or purchase of an email address.
  • Use the existing-customer exception only for your own similar products or services and only when the customer has not objected.
  • Identify the sender clearly and include a valid, easy way to stop messages in every email.
  • For personal contact data, assess the separate GDPR basis and meet the applicable information duties.
  • Stop direct marketing after an objection and maintain a reliable suppression list.
  • Telephone advertising to consumers requires prior express consent. For other market participants, section 7 UWG requires at least presumed consent; a publicly listed business number does not establish that condition by itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are coffee shops included in the Germany cafe list?
Yes. Cafe and Coffee Shop profiles are combined because they address an overlapping supplier market. Coffee Shop remains visible in the business-type breakdown.
Does the file name owners or procurement managers?
No. It identifies public businesses and locations. Use the website and available contacts to determine whether purchasing is handled by the proprietor, franchisee, operating company, or head office.
Is every record classified under WZ 56.10.4?
No. WZ 2008 lists cafes under 56.10.4, but SphereScout uses public business categories and does not assign or verify WZ classifications.
Does every venue have an email address?
No. Some German profiles expose a telephone or website but no email. Use the coverage totals and preview to assess the file before purchase.
Are the phone numbers mobile?
Some are. 6,100+ businesses (18.8%) have a mobile number. The list has 6,500+ mobile numbers and 22,000+ landlines in total, in a separate Mobile Phones column.
