What this Australian churches database contains
This CSV combines public profiles for churches, Catholic churches, Orthodox churches, and chapels across Australia. It supplies available organisation and location contacts for prospecting, not named clergy, congregation data, an ACNC extract, or a denominational directory.
What one row represents
One row represents a public church organisation, parish, campus, or worship-location profile. A denomination or multi-campus church may have several entries, and a listed contact may reach a parish office or central reception rather than the person approving the purchase.
Included in this scope
- Australian organisations and locations represented in the Church, Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, and Chapel categories.
- Available organisation emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public links, and geographic fields.
- Separate public campuses or parish locations where an organisation operates more than one site.
Not included
- Guaranteed ministers, priests, administrators, facilities managers, board members, congregation size, income, or buying authority.
- ACNC registration, ABN, verified ANZSIC 9540 classification, charity subtype, deductible-gift status, denomination, or legal ownership.
- Confirmed ministries, schools, aged-care services, halls, childcare, events, budgets, or facility capacity.
- Member, donor, attendee, volunteer, pastoral-care, or safeguarding data.
Fields available when present
- Church, parish, campus, or location name and public categories
- Address, state or territory, suburb, and postcode
- Website and public profile links
- Organisation email addresses
- Phone numbers
Need a state, suburb, or church subtype?
Use the national file or select a state, territory, or suburb. Then check the website to distinguish a local congregation, parish, chapel, diocesan office, or multi-campus organisation and to confirm facilities and purchasing responsibility.
Qualify Australian churches before outreach
A public location can belong to a parish, denomination, or multi-campus organisation with a different buying structure. Use the CSV for account discovery, then verify the organisation and its current needs.
Local parish, independent church, or network campus?
A local congregation may buy independently, while a diocese or multi-campus organisation may centralise technology, insurance, property, or finance decisions.
Category, name, website, public links
Which facilities and programmes are visible?
Worship space, halls, offices, schools, childcare, food programmes, events, and streaming create different requirements. Confirm any affiliated service separately.
Website, address, public links, phone
Who makes the purchasing decision?
The decision may sit with a minister, parish office, business manager, property committee, board, diocese, or central support team rather than the public inbox.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorisations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish current counts and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and current record counts, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Australia
Buying a marketing list does not transfer Spam Act consent. The sender remains responsible for proving express or valid inferred consent for every commercial email or message, identifying the sender, and providing a working unsubscribe route.
Read ACMA's Spam Act guidance- Keep recipient-level evidence of express consent or document why inferred consent applies to the relationship, role, and message.
- Treat a publicly listed role address as inferred consent only when the message is relevant to that role and the publication does not reject unsolicited marketing.
- Identify the authorizing business accurately and keep its contact details valid for at least 30 days after sending.
- Provide a clear, free unsubscribe method, keep it functional for at least 30 days, and action requests within five working days.
- Do not use or supply lists created with address-harvesting software.
- Business telephone numbers used primarily for business cannot generally be added to the Do Not Call Register, but private or mixed-use numbers can be protected. Classify numbers before calling, wash lists when required, and follow the national calling-time, caller-ID, identification, and termination rules even for numbers not on the register.
