What this Germany churches contact list contains
This CSV combines public profiles for churches, Catholic churches, Orthodox churches, and chapels in Germany. It provides available organisation and location contacts for B2B prospecting, not a parish finder, official register, or list of named clergy, members, or donors.
What one row represents
One row represents a public church organisation, congregation, parish, or location profile. A parish, church district, diocese, or multi-site congregation can appear more than once, and the listed contact may reach a parish office rather than the purchasing authority.
Included in this scope
- German organisations and locations represented in the Church, Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, and Chapel categories.
- Available organisation emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public links, and geographic fields.
- Separate public locations where a congregation or church organisation is represented at several addresses.
Not included
- Guaranteed clergy, church councils, caretakers, administrators, buyers, member counts, budgets, or purchasing authority.
- An official or denominational register, verified WZ 94.91 classification, public-law corporation status, tax status, denomination, ownership, or operator.
- Proof of service times, facilities, heritage status, childcare, schools, care services, events, or building capacity.
- Member, donor, volunteer, attendee, or pastoral-care data.
Fields available when present
- Church, congregation, parish, or location name and public categories
- Address, federal state, district, municipality, and postcode
- Website and public profile links
- Organisation email addresses
- Phone numbers
Need a state, district, or church subtype?
Use the national file or select a state, district, or municipality. Then check whether the location belongs to a congregation, parish, chapel, regional church, church district, diocese, or independent church and identify the responsible purchasing body.
Qualify German church organisations before outreach
A public profile can identify a location without naming the congregation or administration responsible for it. Confirm the organisation, facilities, and decision structure before contact.
Location, congregation, or central body?
A church or chapel may belong to a parish, congregation, church district, diocese, regional church, or association that centralises certain purchases.
Category, name, website, public links
Which premises and services actually operate?
Worship space, halls, offices, childcare, events, streaming, and social services create different needs. Confirm affiliated operations separately.
Website, address, public links, phone
Who makes the purchasing decision?
Responsibility may sit with a parish office, church council, building committee, administration, church district, regional church, or diocese.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV
SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.
Match the displayed business categories
SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.
Structure available public details
SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.
Publish coverage and deliver the CSV
SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.
Using business contacts in Germany
Buying an address list does not authorize unsolicited commercial email. Section 7 UWG generally requires prior express consent; the existing-customer exception applies only when every statutory condition is met.
Read section 7 UWG on unreasonable harassment- Do not infer consent from publication or purchase of an email address.
- Use the existing-customer exception only for your own similar products or services and only when the customer has not objected.
- Identify the sender clearly and include a valid, easy way to stop messages in every email.
- For personal contact data, assess the separate GDPR basis and meet the applicable information duties.
- Stop direct marketing after an objection and maintain a reliable suppression list.
- Telephone advertising to consumers requires prior express consent. For other market participants, section 7 UWG requires at least presumed consent; a publicly listed business number does not establish that condition by itself.
