What this Australian beauty salons list contains

This CSV helps suppliers and service providers find beauty salons across Australia. It contains public business and location profiles categorized as beauty salons with their available contact details; it does not contain clients, appointments, treatment records, ABNs, licences, or guaranteed owner names.

What one row represents

One row represents a public beauty-salon business or location profile. Most independent salon contacts will reach the owner or reception. A multi-location operator can appear once per outlet, and its public contact may route to the location, operating company, or head office.

Included in this scope

  • Australian businesses and locations represented in SphereScout's beauty salon category.
  • Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public profile links, and geographic fields.
  • Independent salons and chain locations when each outlet has its own public business profile.

Not included

  • Clients, bookings, treatment histories, loyalty records, reviews, or ratings.
  • Guaranteed owners, managers, buyers, staff counts, turnover, or product brands used.
  • ABNs, business-name records, verified ANZSIC codes, state or council licences, registrations, or inspection results.
  • Proof that a location offers hair, nails, tanning, skin care, mobile, or medical services.

Fields available when published

  • Business or location name and public category
  • Address, suburb, state or territory, and postcode
  • Website and public profile links
  • Business email addresses
  • Phone numbers

Need a narrower Australian salon market?

The ready-made file covers the nationwide selection shown on this page. Build a list by state, territory, suburb, postcode, or city, then check each salon's site for treatments, brands, location count, and the correct buying contact.

Qualify the salon before outreach

A public beauty-salon profile does not show every treatment offered. ANZSIC 9511 combines hairdressing and beauty services, including nails, facials, makeup, skin care, electrolysis, and tanning, while this page uses the narrower public beauty-salon category.

Beauty-led or hair-led business?

Why it matters

Use this page for public beauty-salon profiles and the separate hair-salon page when hairdressing defines the target. A combined ANZSIC class does not establish an outlet's actual service mix.

Where to start

Public categories, website, treatment menu, business name

Independent salon or multi-location operator?

Why it matters

An independent salon usually buys locally. A group may centralise approved products, equipment, software, and marketing while leaving some purchases to each location.

Where to start

Name, address, website, location count, public profiles

Fixed salon, rented room, or mobile service?

Why it matters

Premises, treatment-room rentals, and mobile providers differ in delivery, equipment, hygiene, insurance, and scheduling needs.

Where to start

Address, website, booking page, service-area wording

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorisations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish current counts and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and current record counts, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Australia

Buying a marketing list does not transfer Spam Act consent. The sender remains responsible for proving express or valid inferred consent for every commercial email or message, identifying the sender, and providing a working unsubscribe route.

Read ACMA's Spam Act guidance
  • Keep recipient-level evidence of express consent or document why inferred consent applies to the relationship, role, and message.
  • Treat a publicly listed role address as inferred consent only when the message is relevant to that role and the publication does not reject unsolicited marketing.
  • Identify the authorizing business accurately and keep its contact details valid for at least 30 days after sending.
  • Provide a clear, free unsubscribe method, keep it functional for at least 30 days, and action requests within five working days.
  • Do not use or supply lists created with address-harvesting software.
  • Business telephone numbers used primarily for business cannot generally be added to the Do Not Call Register, but private or mixed-use numbers can be protected. Classify numbers before calling, wash lists when required, and follow the national calling-time, caller-ID, identification, and termination rules even for numbers not on the register.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as the Australian hair salons list?
No. SphereScout keeps beauty salon and hair salon public categories on separate pages even though ANZSIC 9511 combines hairdressing and beauty services. Use the page that matches your actual target.
Does every row identify the salon owner?
No. Most independent salon contacts will reach the owner or reception, but the export does not guarantee an owner name. A group contact may be local or central.
Does every beauty salon have an email address?
No. The live coverage section shows how many current profiles have at least one email or phone number. Review those figures and the sample before buying.
Is this an ABR or ANZSIC database?
No. SphereScout selects public business profiles by category. It does not provide ABNs or assign ANZSIC 9511 to each salon.
Are the phone numbers mobile?
Some are. 11,000+ businesses (70.8%) have a mobile number. The list has 11,000+ mobile numbers and 3,500+ landlines in total, in a separate Mobile Phones column.
