How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using restaurant contacts in Thailand

Thailand's PDPA covers information that identifies a natural person, not company-only venue data. When a mailbox, mobile number, or other field identifies a person, document an applicable basis before using it; legitimate interests can be considered only after necessity and rights are balanced. Indirectly collected personal data triggers notice duties, and a direct-marketing objection requires the controller to stop using that data for the purpose. A public profile, DBD match, generic inbox, or purchased file does not complete that assessment for the buyer.

Read Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act
  • Separate company-only venue details from names, personal mobile numbers, sole-proprietor details, and person-linked inboxes before campaign use.
  • For person-linked data, record the purpose and lawful basis. If relying on legitimate interests, document necessity, reasonable expectations, likely impact, and safeguards rather than treating B2B relevance as automatic approval.
  • When personal data was obtained indirectly, provide the Section 23 information within the applicable Section 25 timing, including at first communication when contact happens sooner.
  • Keep targeting relevant and proportionate, identify the sender and purpose clearly, minimize retained fields, and maintain accurate source and suppression records.
  • Stop collecting, using, or disclosing personal data for direct marketing as soon as the person objects. Screen every later file against that suppression state.
  • Telephone reaches far more Thailand venues than email in this file, but availability is not permission. Identify whether a number is company-only or person-linked, apply the relevant privacy and channel rules, state who is calling, and suppress objections across future calls and messages.

Classify contact data before outreach

Company-only venue route
What the record showsThe record identifies a restaurant company or outlet and uses a role contact that does not identify a natural person.
Practical treatmentThe PDPA personal-data provisions do not apply to company-only information. Keep the offer relevant, identify the sender, provide an easy refusal route, and check any other rule that applies to the chosen channel.
Person-linked business contact
What the record showsA name, sole-proprietor record, personal mobile, or mailbox allows a natural person to be identified directly or indirectly.
Practical treatmentDocument the lawful basis, balancing and notice before use; minimize the record and stop direct marketing immediately after an objection.
Ownership unresolved
What the record showsThe venue, operator, domain, mailbox, or phone cannot be classified confidently from the available evidence.
Practical treatmentVerify the route or treat it as person-linked before direct marketing. Domain type and DBD matching are evidence, not a substitute for classification.
