What this Germany HVAC companies list contains

This CSV combines public heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning business profiles in Germany. It provides available company contacts for supplier outreach, not named buyers, verified WZ codes, trade-register status, or refrigerant certifications.

What one row represents

One row represents a public business or branch profile from the combined contractor categories. A company can have several locations, and the contact may reach an office rather than an owner, project manager, service lead, or buyer.

Included in this scope

  • German businesses and locations represented in the combined HVAC, air-conditioning, and heating contractor categories.
  • Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public links, and geographic fields.
  • Separate branch profiles where a contractor has several public locations.

Not included

  • Guaranteed owners, master tradespeople, technicians, project managers, buyers, staff counts, or revenue.
  • Verified WZ classification, trade-register status, competence or company certificates, insurance, or approvals.
  • Proof that every business covers heating, ventilation, cooling, refrigeration, heat pumps, controls, and plumbing.
  • Installed brands, equipment base, maintenance agreements, customers, tenders, or planned projects.

Fields available when present

  • Business or branch name and public categories
  • Address, state, district, locality, and postcode
  • Website and public profile links
  • Business email addresses
  • Phone numbers

Check the company's trade before outreach

Germany's HVAC market includes building-services contractors, refrigeration and cooling specialists, and ventilation firms. Confirm the company's actual trade before tailoring an offer.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Germany

Buying an address list does not authorize unsolicited commercial email. Section 7 UWG generally requires prior express consent; the existing-customer exception applies only when every statutory condition is met.

Read section 7 UWG on unreasonable harassment
  • Do not infer consent from publication or purchase of an email address.
  • Use the existing-customer exception only for your own similar products or services and only when the customer has not objected.
  • Identify the sender clearly and include a valid, easy way to stop messages in every email.
  • For personal contact data, assess the separate GDPR basis and meet the applicable information duties.
  • Stop direct marketing after an objection and maintain a reliable suppression list.
  • Telephone advertising to consumers requires prior express consent. For other market participants, section 7 UWG requires at least presumed consent; a publicly listed business number does not establish that condition by itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the list include named HVAC decision-makers?
No. It lists public businesses and locations, not named employees. Use the website, email, or phone to identify the owner, project manager, service lead, or buyer.
Are trade and refrigerant certificates verified?
No. A public category does not prove trade registration, competence, or company certification. Verify the evidence required for the relevant activity and refrigerant with the competent body.
Is every row classified under WZ 43.22?
No. SphereScout uses public categories and does not assign WZ codes. WZ 43.22 is the separate official statistical class covering gas, water, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning installation.
Does every record include an email address?
No. Check the current email and phone coverage and masked sample before downloading the file.
