What the Brazil gas station contact list contains

This CSV helps suppliers find fuel stations across Brazil. It contains public business profiles with available contacts and location fields; it is not the ANP authorised-station service, a fuel-price dashboard, or a guaranteed list of retailers and owners.

What one row represents

One row represents a public fuel-station or retail-location profile. A fuel brand can appear at many sites operated by different businesses. The contact may reach the station, shop, retailer, or central office and does not necessarily identify the authorised entity or buyer.

Included in this scope

  • Brazilian locations represented in SphereScout's public gas station category.
  • Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public profile links, and geographic fields.
  • White-flag and branded stations when each location has its own public profile.

Not included

  • Drivers, loyalty schemes, fuel purchases, registrations, or vehicle data.
  • Guaranteed owners, retailers, managers, buyers, volumes, revenue, staffing, or supply contracts.
  • Current prices, fuel stocks, inspections, ANP authorisation, environmental licences, or verified CNAE classifications.
  • Automatic inclusion of distributors, terminals, EV-only charging sites, shops, or road stops without a station profile.

Fields available when published

  • Station or business name and public category
  • Address, state, municipality, neighbourhood, postcode, and coordinates
  • Website and public profile links
  • Business email addresses
  • Phone numbers

Need a narrower Brazilian territory?

The ready-made file covers the national selection shown here. Build a list by state or municipality, then use the website and phone to confirm the retailer, fuel brand, shop, services, and who handles purchasing. Use ANP to verify authorisation.

Confirm the operation before outreach

The visible fuel brand does not by itself identify the company buying for the station. Check the retailer, network, and services.

White flag, branded, or network-owned?

Why it matters

An independent retailer may buy locally. A network or multi-site group may use central contracts, suppliers, and operating standards.

What to check

Business name, flag, website footer, location page, phone

Fuel only or convenience store?

Why it matters

Food, drinks, coffee, automotive products, delivery, and long opening hours create needs beyond the pumps.

What to check

Website, photos, shop brand, services, hours

Car wash, diesel, trucks, or highway site?

Why it matters

Wash systems, ARLA 32, truck access, fleet cards, and a highway location change equipment, payment, maintenance, and delivery needs.

What to check

Address, map, services, website, phone

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Brazil

Brazil's LGPD applies when a field identifies or can identify a natural person. Legitimate interest can support processing non-sensitive personal data for relevant B2B prospecting, but it requires a specific purpose, necessity, reasonable-expectation review, balancing, transparency, and safeguards. Buying the file does not make a campaign automatically LGPD-compliant.

Review the LGPD, the ANPD legitimate-interest guide, and ANPD data-subject rights guidance
  • Define an offer related to the establishment's business and use only fields necessary for that purpose.
  • Separate institutional inboxes from data that identifies a person. CNPJ, a custom domain, Gmail, or a trading name does not settle that classification alone.
  • Where personal data is involved, record the lawful basis and, for legitimate interest, document purpose, necessity, expectations, impact, and safeguards.
  • State who is contacting the recipient, why the data is used, its source, and how rights can be exercised. Provide a simple opt-out in the first message.
  • Act on applicable correction, objection, blocking, or deletion requests and retain suppression data so a refusal is not later overwritten.
  • For telephone prospecting, identify the caller, use reasonable timing and frequency, record refusals, and check any sectoral or state rules applying to the offer and audience. A public number does not remove data-subject rights or justify indiscriminate calling.

Classify contacts before outreach

Institutional inbox
What to establishThe address clearly represents the establishment or a general business function and does not identify a natural person.
TreatmentSend only a relevant B2B proposition, identify the sender and source, and provide a simple refusal route.
Person-identifying contact
What to establishThe email, phone, or combined fields identify an owner, worker, MEI, or individual entrepreneur.
TreatmentApply the LGPD, document the legal hypothesis and assessment, minimize fields, and facilitate data-subject rights.
Unresolved relationship
What to establishThe inbox cannot be tied confidently to the correct business or person, or the name, domain, and location conflict.
TreatmentValidate or enrich before use. A corporate domain or webmail provider is not sufficient proof of identity or permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the list contain current fuel prices?
No. It is a business-location and contact file, not a price dashboard or fuel-volume database.
Is every listed station authorised by ANP?
SphereScout does not certify that status. Use the official ANP consultation service to verify the retailer's authorisation, legal name, and registration status.
Does every station include an email address?
No. Availability varies. Review the current email and phone totals and the sample before buying.
