How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Slovakia

Section 116 of Slovakia's Electronic Communications Act generally requires demonstrable prior consent for direct-marketing email, but expressly exempts marketing addressed to published contact details of a legal person or natural-person entrepreneur. The sender must be identifiable, provide a simple free refusal route, and respect refusals. GDPR remains a separate requirement whenever a record identifies a person.

Read section 116 of the Electronic Communications Act and Slovak data-protection guidance
  • Confirm that the address was published as the business contact of the legal person or natural-person entrepreneur you intend to approach; a purchased row or domain guess is not evidence of that fact.
  • Keep the message relevant to the recipient's business activity, identify the sender and address, and provide a simple, free way to refuse further messages in every email.
  • Do not send where the recipient has already refused. Maintain and apply a suppression list before every campaign.
  • For person-linked addresses, document the GDPR lawful basis, necessity and reasonable expectations, provide required information, minimize data, and stop direct marketing after an objection.
  • Treat unresolved ownership, stale profiles, ambiguous trading names, and personal webmail as records to verify, not as proof of either permission or prohibition.
  • Slovakia operates a separate direct-marketing calling regime and opt-out list. Before calls, apply the current number-list screening, caller-identification, timing, consent, and published-business-contact rules for that channel.

Classify the contact route before sending

Published business contact confirmed
EvidenceThe current website or another reliable source ties the published address to the same legal person or natural-person entrepreneur and the proposed offer is relevant to that activity.
TreatmentUse the section 116 published-contact exception only within that evidenced scope, with sender identification, a free refusal route, GDPR handling where applicable, and suppression checks.
Consent or customer exception evidenced
EvidenceA retained demonstrable consent record, or every condition of the own-similar-products customer exception is documented.
TreatmentSend only within the recorded scope and preserve the evidence and opt-out history.
Status or publication unresolved
EvidenceThe address comes only from a third-party file, the profile is stale, or ownership, recipient type, current publication, and prior objections cannot be confirmed.
TreatmentVerify or exclude before email. An IČO match identifies an entrepreneur or entity but does not prove ownership or publication of a particular inbox.
