How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Bulgaria

Bulgaria's Electronic Commerce Act prohibits unsolicited commercial email to consumers without prior consent. Legal persons follow an opt-out model: do not send to addresses or domains entered in the Consumer Protection Commission register and stop after an objection. A GDPR lawful basis is also required when the data identifies a person.

Read article 6 of the Electronic Commerce Act, the CPC opt-out register, and the GDPR objection guidance
  • Confirm legal form and ownership of the address. A trading name, custom domain, general inbox, or Gmail address does not alone establish the recipient class.
  • Before B2B email to a legal person, check the CPC register for the exact address and domain, clearly identify the commercial message, and provide an easy, free opt-out.
  • Do not automatically apply the legal-person rule to a consumer, sole trader, or address that identifies a natural person. Verify the applicable basis and channel rule.
  • For personal data, document the lawful basis and balancing assessment, provide Article 14 information where applicable, and stop direct marketing immediately after an objection.
  • Maintain a suppression list. Publication or purchase of an address does not override an objection, CPC registration, or GDPR rights.
  • Telephone calls and electronic mail are separate channels. Before calling, establish who uses the number, check previous objections, and apply the rules for that recipient and channel.

Classify addresses before a campaign

Confirmed legal person
Evidence requiredA reliable UIC or register match plus evidence tying the address or domain to that same legal person.
TreatmentCheck the CPC register and your suppression list. If neither blocks contact, send only relevant B2B messaging with clear identification and a simple opt-out.
Natural person or consumer
Evidence requiredThe address belongs to a consumer, sole trader, or another recipient where the communication and record identify a natural person.
TreatmentDo not send unsolicited marketing email without applicable consent or another specific statutory exception.
Unresolved recipient
Evidence requiredNo reliable register match exists, or the relationship among address, domain, trading name, and legal form is unclear.
TreatmentEnrich and verify first. Do not assume a custom domain proves legal-person status or that webmail proves consumer status.
