What this Germany warehouse list contains

This CSV helps suppliers find warehouse businesses and sites in Germany. It contains public profiles and available business contacts, not named warehouse managers, inventory, spare capacity, or an official business-register extract.

What one row represents

One row represents a public warehouse business or site profile. One operator can appear at several addresses. The contact may reach the facility, operating company, or a central team rather than a named procurement owner.

Included in this scope

  • German businesses and locations represented in SphereScout's warehouse category.
  • Available business emails, phone numbers, websites, addresses, public links, and geographic fields.
  • Separate site profiles where an operator has several publicly listed locations.

Not included

  • Guaranteed warehouse managers, buyers, site directors, staff counts, revenue, customers, or tenants.
  • Inventory, shipments, available space or pallet capacity, equipment, operating hours, service levels, or storage prices.
  • Verified WZ codes, register data, customs status, licences, inspections, or certifications.
  • Proof of third-party, fulfilment, cold, customs, self-storage, or internal distribution activity.

Fields available when present

  • Business or site name and public category
  • Address, state or region, city, and postcode
  • Website and public profile links
  • Business email addresses
  • Phone numbers

Need a particular territory or warehouse model?

Use the national file or build a selection by state or city. Then verify services, goods handled, temperature requirements, service area, and purchasing route on the operator's website.

Qualify the facility before outreach

Public warehouse profiles can represent different operating models. Confirm the site type, operating constraints, and buyer before tailoring an offer.

How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Germany

Buying an address list does not authorize unsolicited commercial email. Section 7 UWG generally requires prior express consent; the existing-customer exception applies only when every statutory condition is met.

Read section 7 UWG on unreasonable harassment
  • Do not infer consent from publication or purchase of an email address.
  • Use the existing-customer exception only for your own similar products or services and only when the customer has not objected.
  • Identify the sender clearly and include a valid, easy way to stop messages in every email.
  • For personal contact data, assess the separate GDPR basis and meet the applicable information duties.
  • Stop direct marketing after an objection and maintain a reliable suppression list.
  • Telephone advertising to consumers requires prior express consent. For other market participants, section 7 UWG requires at least presumed consent; a publicly listed business number does not establish that condition by itself.
