How SphereScout prepares this business contact CSV

SphereScout turns public business profiles into a category-and-location export. The process uses the business categories shown in the current page breakdown and keeps official registers, classifications, licences, and inspections separate from the file.

  1. Match the displayed business categories

SphereScout selects public business profiles matching the categories shown in the current page breakdown. These labels define the file's scope but do not replace official activity codes or authorizations.

  2. Structure available public details

SphereScout organizes the available business name, category, location, website, email, phone, and public profile fields, then normalizes and deduplicates contact values for export.

  3. Publish coverage and deliver the CSV

SphereScout refreshes public business profiles regularly, publishes the latest collection date and available coverage totals, and delivers the selected records as a structured CSV.

Using business contacts in Czechia

Act No. 480/2004 Coll. covers unsolicited commercial electronic communications sent to users who can be natural or legal persons. For a recipient who is not your customer, prior demonstrable consent is the operative route. The customer exception is limited to your own similar products or services and remains subject to a simple, free refusal. A public company address, ARES match, generic inbox, or legitimate-interest analysis is not a substitute for the electronic-marketing rule.

Read the Czech authority's Act 480/2004 guidance
  • Keep attributable evidence showing who consented, which sender received the permission, and what commercial communication it covers. The sender bears the burden of proving valid consent.
  • Do not send a first promotional message merely to request consent. Czech authority guidance treats consent as something the recipient actively gives before the commercial communication.
  • Apply the existing-customer route only to your own customers and your own similar products or services, with a simple free refusal available and honored.
  • Do not infer permission from ARES, an IČO, legal-person status, a role mailbox, free webmail, or publication on a business website. SphereScout provides no consent record.
  • Identify the commercial nature and sender clearly, provide a working opt-out route, and suppress every objection before the next campaign. Apply GDPR duties whenever a record identifies a natural person.
  • Telephone marketing and electronic commercial communications are not the same permission test. Before calling, check the applicable recipient, consumer, identity, and objection requirements plus your own suppression list; do not represent email consent as call consent or vice versa.

Classify the file before email outreach

Provable prior consent
EvidenceA specific and current record identifies the recipient, your organization as sender, the covered purpose, and the affirmative permission event.
Email treatmentSend within that scope, identify the sender, provide an easy free opt-out, and retain proof until it is no longer needed.
Qualifying customer relationship
EvidenceThe recipient is your customer, your organization collected the contact, and the proposed message concerns your own similar products or services.
Email treatmentUse the customer exception only while every statutory condition is met. Stop after refusal and do not transfer this rationale to purchased contacts.
Public or third-party contact only
EvidenceThe address is present in a public profile, website, ARES-linked account, generic inbox, or purchased file without consent attributable to your organization.
Email treatmentDo not send unsolicited commercial email. Retain it for account research, territory design, direct mail, or another channel after checking that channel's rules.
